What is an Access Bars® session?
A gentle, hands-on session: light touch on points on the head while you lie fully clothed.
What happens, and do I stay clothed?
No oils, no undressing, no pressure: just light touch on the head while you rest. You stay fully clothed and can pause or stop at any time.
How long is it, and what does it cost?
Access Bars® is 75 minutes for £75. A Short session (An Access Bars® session) is 40 minutes for £45. Prices are the full amount you pay.
Where?
East London (Tower Hamlets), address shared on confirmation.
How do I book?
Send an enquiry with three times that suit you. We'll email to confirm one. Then complete a short form, and pay the full price within 24 hours by the payment link from your practitioner.
Who will I see?
Women are seen by a woman, men by a man.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can cancel within 14 days of booking for a full refund, as long as your session hasn't started. Email support@thespaciousroom.co.uk.
Is this medical care?
These sessions aren't for any medical or mental health condition, including anxiety. Please see your GP for those.
Is it accessible?
