This is a joint notice from the two sole traders who trade as The Spacious Room. Both are controllers.

What we collect

• Your enquiry email and anything you include in it, such as your name, the session you'd like and your preferred times.
• The health and suitability form, collected only with your explicit consent.
• Payment records.

Who controls which details

Each trader controls the details of their own clients. Enquiries sent to our shared email address are under joint control.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details. Send requests to support@thespaciousroom.co.uk. If you're unhappy with how we handle your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
