Booking
Sending an enquiry doesn't book a session. Your booking is made only when we confirm it by email.
Sessions and prices
Access Bars®, 75 min, £75. Short session, 40 min, £45. Prices are the full amount you pay.
Payment and cancellation
Payment: The full price of £75 or £45 is due within 24 hours of confirmation, by the payment link from the practitioner who will see you. If it isn't paid by then, the slot is released.
Your right to cancel: You can cancel within 14 days of booking for a full refund, as long as your session hasn't started. If you ask for your session to take place within those 14 days, please reply 'Yes, start my session within 14 days'. You still keep a full refund if you cancel before it starts.
Cancelling later: If you booked more than 14 days ahead, cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session aren't refunded, but we'll always try to rebook you.
Refunds: Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days.

Sessions are for adults aged 18 or over.

You or the practitioner can pause or stop at any time.
